Disability Online is here to help and offer any support where it can, we offer free private and confidential Benefit Health Check for those who are unsure what benefits they are entitled to and help with Benefit forms, Benefit reviews and Benefit appeals.
You can get the information and advice in the following ways:

- Telephone.
- Face-to-Face if you live in the District of Lancaster and Morecambe Bay.
We most stress that if you need the correct information about a personal benefit then you should contact your local Job centre Plus. and that we are NOT part of Department of Works and Pensions or Job Centre Plus and we DO NOT assisted in making any benefit decisions.
